At RHF Talents, we are looking for an International Sales Consultant to prospect and develop international clients, specifically in Ireland and the United Kingdom, while being based in Brazil.

You will play a strategic role in expanding our international operations, connecting European companies with high-quality recruitment and selection solutions.

🎯 What you will do on a daily basis

• Identify and develop new international business opportunities.

• Actively prospect companies in Ireland and the United Kingdom via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.

• Use social media and digital channels to generate qualified international leads.

• Schedule and conduct online meetings with international decision makers.

• Present customized commercial proposals, clearly explaining our recruitment and selection solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, generating recurring business and referrals.

• Keep CRM updated and manage an active and healthy sales pipeline.

• Work closely with the Recruitment and Selection team to ensure smooth processes and successful deliveries.

💡 What we expect from you

• Strong communication, persuasion, and proactive mindset with a results-driven attitude.

• Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in services, HR, recruitment, consulting, or similar fields.

• Confidence using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email outreach, and other digital prospecting tools.

• Ability to conduct sales presentations with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.

• Strong organizational skills for client management, follow-ups, and performance goals.

• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

• Advanced or fluent English for professional communication.

• Interest in international markets and multicultural business environments.
